I will lead you through classes that will help you become a stronger, fitter more confident YOU!

CLASSes offered:
INDOOR BOOTCAMPS
These classes are for individuals of all fitness levels. You will be taken through a variety of exercises and circuit style training. That will push your limits of strength, power, agility, and endurance.
Class meets in the studio at The Riverside Club
*next session April 17th - May 29th - NO CLASS May 22nd
RUN CLUB
These classes are for runners that want to improve their time and/or take their running to the next level. You will be be lead through speed training and hill intervals.
Class meets in Edworthy Park (near the washrooms on the North Side)

CLASS Prices
BOOTCAMP: 6 week session = $105 + gst
6 class pass: $120 + gst
Drop in fee: $25 + gst
RUN CLUB: 10 week session = $85 + gst or drop in for $15/class
